House rules
Terms of Use
Brief rules for a brief site; using it means you accept them.
Reading and sharing
Read the pages, print a copy for your Saratoga trip or pass the link to a friend; all of that counts as personal use and is welcome. Mass duplication, scripted scraping, or traffic heavy enough to slow the pages for other readers is not permitted.
Who the site is for
The pages are written for adults: 18 at minimum, and 21 where New York law or a particular venue asks for it. The hotel nightclub, as one example, admits only guests who are 21.
Authorship of the review
Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC owns Saratoga Casino Hotel, and these pages are the owner’s own account of it. Treat the review as a description from the house itself; nobody independent wrote or vetted it.
Other parties, rates and fees
Third-party websites, online travel agents and the hotel’s own booking engine sit beyond the reach of the Fountainhouse desk, along with whatever they publish, their uptime and their conditions. Nightly rates, taxes, any resort fee, cancellation deadlines and opening hours are fixed by the hotel or the platform and may move at short notice. Check them before paying.
Ownership of content
The words, layout, line drawings and the AustraliaCasinoHotel name belong to Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC or those who license material to it. Names of the hotel, its restaurants and other businesses remain with their owners.
Limits of responsibility
The Fountainhouse desk checks its facts with care, yet offers the pages without any warranty. Where the law allows that exclusion, Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC is not answerable for losses traced to reliance on this material or to dealings with any third party.
New York law
New York State law is the law of these terms; a disagreement over them is for New York courts, save where binding consumer rules in your own home jurisdiction grant you another forum.
Remit of the Fountainhouse
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Fountainhouse pages stop exactly there.
